No, the trial does not include genuine reason. Genuine reason is only available to club members on either a premium or platinum dual membership with The Australian Hunters club and HSSA.

Not at all, we have members in every state and territory of of Australia.

Yes, you can upgrade your trial membership at any point to any of the available tiers (basic, premium or platinum).

In the event that your 90 day trail elapses and your membership is automatically turned into a basic membership, if you’d like to upgrade you can do so and you will only need to pay the difference between the basic annual plan and the new plan that you choose.

Changing a membership plan is easy, and you can do it yourself via the membership dashboard.

Memberships can also be downgraded at any point using the same method.

Sorry no. Credit card information is taken at registration for two reasons:

1. To stop people from abusing the free membership.
2. To help automate the process of turning trail memberships into full memberships when the trail period is finished.

Rest assured if after starting the trail you don’t want to continue you can cancel and your credit card won’t be charged, and information won’t be stored.

All credit card information is encrypted and processed via Stripe. We don’t keep or have access to full credit card information on file, or in the website for security purposes. 

Not at all! Joining the club on a trial is a great way to test if it’s right for you. That’s not being a stooge, that’s being smart.

Given all of members benefit information is online we figured it wasn’t beneficial to be responsible for creating more plastic in the world that’s eventually going to sit in landfill.

At the time of writing this there is no physical club house however we hope this changes in the near future though as our membership base grows.

When you sign up for a members with hunting Trips Australia you gain instant access to a dashboard via the website were you can find product discounts, product giveaways, guided hunt giveaways, course discounts, exclusive content and much much more.

To access the dashboard again after leaving the website you just need to log in to the website with the username and password you created and you’ll automatically be taken there.

We are still locking down the location and date for the 2022 Hunting Trips Australia members gathering, but it will most likely be near the High Country in Victoria sometime in October.

Yes, once the trail ends after the 90 days it automatically turns into a full basic membership billed annually. The first charge will occur on day 91 and then schedule to automatically charge on the same date every year. Scheduled future payments are automatically processed through your nominated credit card.

There is no need to manually pay each month/year.

The only time you will need to manually enter payment information after signing up is in the event of a failed payment transaction (more then likely due to your credit card expiring). This information can be changed in your account page, under the subscriptions tab.

To cancel your membership simply request it in writing via the contact page and a member of our team will process you request.

Fear not! If you lose or forget your membership login password you can do the following.

• Click on this link to go to the lost my password page.
• Enter your username or the email address on file for that account.
• Wait happily (or as much as you can) as your new password is emailed to you.
• Once you get your new password, log in to your profile page and use the temporary password to set a new password to something you can remember.
• Then log in with that new password.
