About member hosted events
Members Benifits
The best parts of the Australian Hunters Club don’t happen in a boardroom—they happen in the field when our members step out and connect.
Our ‘Host an Event’ program is a completely member-led initiative. It’s the heartbeat of this club, but it only works when members like you take the lead. If you’ve just joined and are looking to meet local hunters, there is truly no better way to break the ice than by hosting a meetup or a hunt.
How it Works: You create the event listing on our website, and we’ll take care of the rest. Once approved, the club puts its full weight behind your event—promoting it through our weekly newsletters, social media channels, and member message groups to ensure your fellow hunters see it.
Why Host? We’ve found that the members who get the absolute most out of their membership are the ones who take the initiative. By stepping out and hosting, you aren’t just organizing a trip; you’re building a reputation.
It’s these proactive members who:
Form the most lasting friendships across the country.
Rapidly expand their knowledge by sharing skills with others.
Gain unique access to new hunting spots and private properties through the relationships they build.
Every great story in this club starts with someone being willing to say, “I’m heading out, who’s coming with me?”

How does Host An Event work?
The process is designed to be straightforward and efficient. To get started, a member creates a simple event listing on our website, providing essential details such as event description, dates, times, location, and the maximum number of members the event can accommodate.
Once an event is submitted, it undergoes a review process by our dedicated team. After ensuring that all the necessary information is provided and everything is in order, the listing is approved and made visible on our ‘Host A Event‘ page and via the ‘Members Dashboard‘. Members can easily find the listing, review the details, and if they are interested in attending, they can RSVP and express their interest by using our convenient contact form. When the form is filled out, the host receives the submitted information via email.
From there, it’s in the hands of the host to select participants from the pool of interested members and reach out to them to confirm the event details. This allows for a personalized approach, ensuring a smooth coordination between hosts and participants.
