Show respect and abide by the laws and rules. NO THERMAL NIGHT VISION OR BIG TORCHES or anything incriminating NW Grampians area, State Forest public land, targeting Red Deer and Red Fox. I usually shoot a fox if I see it, despite looking for deer (almost every trip). Happy to mentor new hunters. Some walk and stalk if seen, but mainly sit and wait. Keen to do some coordinated hunting and cover a couple of particular areas from different angles. It’d be nice if you had a radio. Will swag overnight. Early dark starts and walking back in the dark. I don’t campfire. Not heaps of walking.
