The Bald Chef offers a fully immersive and interactive Wild Game Harvesting Course experience designed at sharing over 20 years of skill development in wild game harvesting and meat preparation. This weekend will be jam packed with everything you need to know from skinning to cooking. All food is cooked up and provided (as a gift) throughout the day!
